*Exchange of Gold Jewellery*
- We, entertain exchange of ornaments purchased from us only if the same is returned to any BHIMA store undamaged, unused and accompanied with original bill within 15 days of original purchase. Only one exchange will be allowed against a bill.
- There will be no deduction of making charges of gold weight for such exchange within the country of purchase. For exchange outside the country of purchase, the same gold weight and making charges applied will be deducted from the new purchase.
*Cash Purchase of Gold Jewellery*
- For exchange of ornaments after 15 days at any BHIMA store, the actual value of gold at prevailing market rate for the relevant purity on date of exchange after deducting stone weight if any will be applied.
- Standard rates of deductions on prevailing rates for the relevant purity will apply for cash purchase of ornaments by us at any of our stores.
Exchange of Diamond Jewellery
- Diamond Jewellery purchased from BHIMA can be exchanged within the country of purchase without any reduction in the value if returned undamaged with Original Invoice and Warranty card(s) and any other literature before 15 days of Original Invoice Date.
- After 15 days of Original Invoice date, a deduction of 15% on invoice value will apply for exchange against Diamond Jewellery and 25% deduction of invoice value for exchange against Gold Jewellery.
Cash Purchase of Diamond Jewellery
- Diamond Jewellery purchased from BHIMA can be returned for cash for 75% of the invoice value if returned with the gold and diamonds intact. BHIMA reserves the right to subject the Jewellery for exchange or cash purchase to a Quality Check before entertaining the transaction.
Exclusions, Terms and Conditions
- Customer specified designs or altered products shall be considered only for cash purchase and not for exchange with refund of making charges
- The exchange and cash purchase terms are not applicable for ornaments purchased under promotions and offers.
- All taxes, duties and other statutory charges as applicable at the point of exchange or return should be borne by the customer.
- Any product altered by the customer will not be considered for exchange or cash purchase.
- BHIMA reserves the right to consider or reject the exchange or return of any product(s) at its sole discretion.
